Our Culture

At the heart of our operating structure is a powerful entrepreneurial culture, which builds ownership and inspires pride in our employees. At Magna this philosophy is known as "Fair Enterprise". Magna's Corporate Constitution and the Employee's Charter outline the framework of how we conduct business, provide the roadmap for our Fair Enterprise culture and create a winning combination.

The commitment of our employees is fundamental to our continued success. We are committed to continuously improving employee relations. As such, we have introduced a number of programs, including the Hotline, Fairness Committee, Employee Opinion Survey, secret ballot voting on workplace issues and the Employee Advocate Program. These initiatives were put in place to further our operating philosophy and increase employee participation in their workplace.

By providing a fair work environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork, our employees, management and investors will continue to share in the success of the company.

Our Employee's Charter, introduced in 1988, is based on fairness and concern for people who work in our facilities around the world. The principles contained in the Employee's Charter constitute the rights and responsibilities of our employees.
